I hope you, Nancy and the kids are great.
I recall you keep a list of recommended providers of services often needed by home owners, which you circulate to your real estate clients. That list of recommendations is extremely helpful. I want to let you know about a company that should be on your list — Fast Eddy’s Keys Express.
A couple months ago, I hired Fast Eddy’s to make keys that would turn easily in our five exterior doors. They were hard to unlock and I could find no one who could make a key that fit correctly. Eddy did a great job, cut several “code” keys, i. e. manufacturer quality keys, cleaned and lubed all the locks and charged a very reasonable price. The locks now work like new.
I scheduled Fast Eddy’s to come back yesterday to repin all the deadbolts (double deadbolts) in the house. None of them have ever worked correctly. Eddy repined all the deadbolts, which now work perfectly. They also cleaned and lubed the locks so they turn smoothly and easily. I also asked them to replace two interior doorknobs with locking knobs. They installed knobs with keyed locks which are identical to all the other interior doorknobs in the house. They keyed the new locks to use the same key as every other knob lock in the house. And again, the charge was reasonable.
Eddy and his crew are pleasant guys, who do a great job and who are willing to go a bit further to do what it takes to get the job done right. AND they are reasonably priced.
I don’t have any more locks for Eddy to work on; he has fixed them all. Since I won’t have the need for his services again, at least in this house, I will recommend him to my friends. If you put Eddy on your list, my recommendation would increase exponentially. Fast Eddy’s Keys Express should definitely be on your list of recommended companies. I have attached his card.
