You Can Hide But You Can’t Run: World’s Most Exotic Police Cars

If you have a passion for fast cars and justice, a career in law enforcement will satisfy that calling in certain areas of the world. Aside from the occasional Camaro or Mustang, I rarely ever see exotic police cruisers here in the United States. However, in other places, flashy police cars are regulars in the local fleets.

The Dubai Police force uses an Aston Martin One-77, deriving its name because only 77 were ever made. With a top speed of over 200mph, it would be very hard to outrun.

If they have to call for backup, you might see a Bugatti Veyron, Lamborghini Aventador, and Ferrari FF arrive on scene. Not far away in Abu Dhabi, law breakers are tracked down with the Lykan Hypersport that appeared in Furious 7.

The graphic below from our friends at Car Leasing Made Simple shows some of the most exotic police cars in the world. The graphic details everything from performance specs to ratings given by our fellow contemporaries in automotive journalism.

Growing up in small town Iowa, the Ford Crown Victoria was preferred ride of the local police department. Granted, it would be awesome to see a Lamborghini hanging out under a billboard on a rural, Midwestern road just watching and waiting … there would be a host of outstanding Super Troopers one liners and jokes there for sure!
